I have used these insoles for many years. They support my arches and bring relief for my fallen metatarsal, so I appreciate these supports. I have a pair for my running shoes, walking and every other shoe I can fit them into. Could not manage without them. I like the terry cotton upper and the sisal underneath, which keep the feet cool. They have silver anti-bacterial impregnated into the insole, so they are a lot healthier than insoles which use chemicals which are absorbed into the body and do harm. They wash easily after a soak, so my feet always feel fresh.
